From the U.S.A.

This cooking class was very informative, exciting, and the presentation was very interesting. I learned about the history of sushi and how to make it, including cooking the rice and cutting the sashimi. I would definitely recommend this cooking class to travelers seeking a special Japanese cultural experience.

From Australia

The class was well-prepared and fantastic! It was interesting to learn about the history of sushi. I felt satisfied with being able to make my own sushi. A very high-quality experience! The food was incredible and delicious, thank you.

From New Zealand

It was really immersive and fun, and the chef had a really good character!  I definitely want to tell people who visit Kobe to participate and experience sushi-making and Kobe beef Shabu shabu.

From Wales

Learning new things and eating delicious food was really great!  The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt grateful to be part of this fun experience.  The instructions for making sushi were easy to understand but a bit difficult to execute! However, the staff was kind enough to show us how to shape the sushi properly, and it was a lot of fun.
